Your game stays on your device. The free edition shows ads; one purchase removes them.

What the app stores on your device

Game saves, play statistics, honors, sound preferences, and any player names you type. All of it lives in the app's local storage on your phone or tablet, and none of it is transmitted by Buyout.

Advertising (free edition)

The free edition shows advertisements served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, and coarse ad-interaction data. Two protections apply:

• Tracking permission. iOS asks before any cross-app tracking identifier is used. If you decline — or never get asked — ads are served non-personalized. You can change this any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
• Consent. Where required (for example in the EU), a consent form is shown before ads load, and you can decline personalized advertising.

Remove Ads

The Remove Ads purchase permanently ends advertising in Buyout — and with it, all ad-related data collection. Purchases are processed by Apple; Buyout never sees your payment details. Restore Purchases brings the setting to any device on your Apple ID.

What Buyout itself collects

Nothing. No accounts, no login, no analytics of our own, no data sold or shared by us. The game is fully playable offline (ads simply don't appear without a connection).

Deleting your data

Deleting the app deletes all of its local data. Ad-related data held by Google is governed by Google's policies linked above.

Children

Buyout is suitable for all ages. Ads are configured for a general audience, and no data is knowingly collected from children by Buyout itself.

Changes

If a future version changes any of the above, this policy will be updated before that version ships. (The 1.0 edition of Buyout had no advertising at all; this policy took effect with the ad-supported free edition.)

Buyout itself holds no personal data about you. Advertising identifiers are handled by Google AdMob under Google's privacy policy; you can withdraw permission at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, or remove advertising entirely with the Remove Ads purchase.
